- Staff skilfully support and encourage children to manage their behaviour positively. Staff are attentive to children's needs, they successfully provide reassurance and cuddles to enable new children to settle quickly and play happily.
- The effective information sharing with parents and others involved in children's lives ensures that children are provided with the appropriate support and help they need. The ongoing information sharing and provision of resources offer parents good opportunities to support their children's learning at home.
- The management team monitors and tracks children's progress to identify any gaps in their learning quickly and effectively. Staff make good use of their observations and assessments to support children's learning well. Children make good progress, given their starting points
- The management team supports staff's professional development well. It provides opportunities for staff to improve their teaching skills. For example, staff implement ideas from training to successfully and effectively encourage children's communication and language.
